Early rising!
Lately I've been waking up, naturally, after my full eight hours of rest. It's so much more refreshing to sleep just enough than too much. Since May I have been sleeping 10-12 hours when possible and forcing myself to sleep through my natural wake-ups. I figured I was making up for lost sleep, but the truth is I was actually hurting myself for the time I was awake (http://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/physical-side-effects-oversleeping). I think I'll be sticking to the eight hours from now on.
