Back to the Past

I just finished watching the 'Back To The Future' trilogy for the first time (I know I'm so far behind!). I wish that I had a time machine, I would go back to last week and put on sunscreen and avoid all sick people!!! Hahahahahahaha, no there are some things I would've avoided. Lately I've been waking up, naturally, after my full eight hours of rest. It's so much more refreshing to sleep just enough than too much. Since May I have been sleeping 10-12 hours when possible and forcing myself to sleep through my natural wake-ups.
